Soooo Kaiser denied me for individual coverage due to my Protein S Deficiency....ugh. I'm still waiting for COBRA paperwork from work so that I can elect that while I try to appeal to Kaiser to overturn their decision. I had a doctor's appointment today for another cortisone shot in my hip to help with the bursitis pain that I've had since getting pregnant and delivering the boys and my doctor said that I really shouldn't have any more cortisone shots but rather physical therapy....ummm, no insurance after 5/31 Doc! I told her about my Kaiser denial and she wrote me a letter to help with my appeal. I thought that was nice of her. I hope it helps! *Fingers Crossed!* Now I need to quit blogging and sit down to write an appeal letter....good times!
