I'm finally getting these pictures posted...sorry it took so long! The boys managed to get colds and have been keeping my busy!
Here goes!....
~
We flew to see my sister in Washington on Friday, 9/19. It was the boys first airplane ride and Brian and I were soooo nervous. We had an arsenal of toys, benadryl, and snacks.
Sadly, we just don't give these poor boys enough credit because they did really, really great!
No benedryl needed, no crying, only a little fussing, and a little struggling to get off our laps because they were getting restless, but really we couldn't have asked for a smoother flight there or back! PHEW! Lets just hope the flight to Oklahoma in two weeks goes as smoothly!
Mommy and Zack!
Zack didn't care about safety....he just wanted to flirt with the flight attendants!

My sister and nephew picked us up at the airport and we headed to Walmart to get some milk and groceries for the 4 days we were going to be visiting.

Once we got to my sisters it was time to play!!!
Weird that all 3 boys were in jeans and red shirts! It was hard to keep an eye on who was who!
My sister Brenda and my new niece! AKA: Lady Bug!

Saturday, 9/20 was my birthday! We headed to downtown Spokane to feed the ducks, have lunch, and take the boys to Mobius Children's Museum.
~
Mobius Children's Museum was so much fun! The boys loved it! They got to play with all kinds of fun things and climb all over. Brian and I loved just sitting back and letting them go crazy in a safe and confined area. I wish we had something like this at home. :(
Kleptomaniac Zack hording all the tube toys.

Lady Bug all snug and ready to go outside to head to lunch!
On the way to lunch we walked through the mall and saw these pictures on display.
I said, "Isn't that Jack Black?"
Why yes it is apparently.
~
Lunch at Red Robin was yummy and then we headed home to put the boys down for a nap. We had pizza for dinner and a Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream Cake for dessert!
Thanks for the birthday treats Nugents!
After dinner it was bath time....
....and then everyone got in their jammies.
Zack loved to look at Lady Bug and was always peeking at her. :)
Here is Super Lady Bug in the jammies I got her....LOVE THEM!!

Happy Birthday Mommy!!
A little Noggin on the computer before bed.

On Sunday my niece was blessed at church. I didn't take any pictures because the boys were keeping us busy. We had to walk laps around the church during the service to keep them happy. My thighs appreciated the workout after all that ice cream cake.
Zack taking another peek at Lady Bug before we headed to the airport on Monday.
Zack decided he better read about airplane safety this time....but first a quick look out the window.

We had a nice time and thanks again to my sister and her husband Bryan for letting us stay with them and disrupt their routine. It was great to see all the kids together and I wish we lived closer so they could hang out together more often. We love you guys!

I am so glad they did well on the plane! I was thinking about you all and wondering how it was going. That children's museum looks so cool! We have a Betty Brinn children's museum about 45 min away we might have to try (before flu season).
Lady bug is so cute! I love the swaddled picture!
Glad you are back! We missed you!
How fun! I'm so glad they were good on the plane. I didn't realize you had left already. I was a little late with my "advice" not that you needed it!
Looks like you guys had a blast!! Your new niece is really cute!! All snuggled up, just precious. Isn't it amazing what these kids can do to surprise us! Glad you're home safe and sound!
It looks like you had a great trip Jenny! Lady bug is adorable, what a sweet little thing. Those pictures of the boys running the grass are really good too. Also, that's a lot of ducks! I think I would have been afraid of being swarmed - lol. What a fun way to spend your birthday! Glad you guys are all back safe and sound.
Love the pics! That museum looks wonderful. Lady Bug is ADORABLE! She looks so tiny! I love the outfit you got her, good taste:)
