I was going through my desk at work the other day and found this Page-A-Day calendar page from Bad Cats that I kept....
I found out I was pregnant on June 6th, 2006. On June 15th, 2006 I came across this page and thought it was hilarious so I decided to keep it. At the time I didn't know I was having twins. 5 days later on June 20th I found out I was having twins. Weird huh? :)

That is too funny! Almost the same thing happened to me. They were handing out little packages of candy/mints at lunch and my package somehow got two pieces in it. The girl handing it to me said - "you got twins!". This was before we knew it was twins. I still have that package of twins :). Don't you love stuff like that!
