So my hair wasn't as light as I'd hoped for so my hairdresser said she'd add more highlights for no charge. I went back yesterday and when I left I felt pretty light. I washed, dried, and flat ironed it this morning but either I'm smoking crack or my camera is color blind because my new after doesn't look much different from my first after.....what the heck??

It DOES look lighter!!! Maybe you are picturing a different shade of blonde?? I think my hair color still kind of looks the same too. I think it's because my friend uses the same shade of blonde (or number) every time. I want a lighter... next time!!!
Peggy might be right about the shade of blonde you are picturing you want and what your hair dresser is thinking..or it could be that the RED doesn't want to go away!!!!
I can see that it's lighter too! I'm glad that she fixed it for you for free. I like it, but I'll have to really judge it when I see you in person :).
